Of the 66,380 citizens living in Marquette County in 2021, 82% were old enough to vote, equating to 54,412 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 27,566 were male, constituting 50.7%, and 26,846 were female, making up 49.3%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Marquette County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 78.2%.
